Bookkeeper

Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, recording and monitoring payment’s from customers , and ensuring the efficient operation of our financial systems. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing payment processes and collections , creations of accrual and amortization , monitoring and recognizing fixt assets.

Responsibilities

Manage payments to suppliers, both domestic and international, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain financial records and reports for Israeli authorities, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with schedules and accrual directives.
• Collaborate with service providers and consultants to enhance financial efficiency.
• Oversee daily bank account operations, including transaction entry and reconciliation.
• Reconciling Payments from customers on a weekly basis and assist with collection.
• Support the finance department with additional financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a certified bookkeeper (Type 3)

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders.
• A Problem solver with a proactive approach to financial challenges.
• Experience in Priority– a must
• Experience in Hi-tech companies – Advantage
