Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant  to join the Mrs Wordsmith marketing team, based in Jerusalem with a requirement of 2 to 3 days a week in the office.

The role

The Marketing Assistant will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and assist in executing the company's marketing priorities including building content, executing promotions, in person events and more for Mrswordsmith.com. 

What you’ll do

• Content Creation: Help develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, website content, and social media posts, as well as liaise with internal team on their collateral needs
• Work with the social media team on growth initiatives to elevate brand presence, following, and engagement, driving business success via sales, subscriptions and partnerships.
• Assist the marketing team in executing Schools/ Homeschool/ Teacher focused campaigns, to get Mrs Wordsmith products into curriculum in classroom and at home, and build out a word class affiliate team of teacher influencers
• Execute affiliate marketing programs - a key acquisition driver for the brand
• Provide input and direction from competitors on email campaigns
• Assist on Special Projects such as Celebrity gifting, Creating a Mrs Wordsmith Award, Influencer Marketing to name a few

About you

• Highly organised, strong desire to learn, and work on projects from inception to market! 
• Experience in a prior marketing role preferred
• Comfort in content creation including building presentations, social media posts, and blog posts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
