Security Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Dog-Fooding Manager (Cyber Security Analyst) to join our team. This role involves a unique opportunity to "eat our own dog food," meaning you will be responsible for consuming, maintaining, configuring, analyzing, and continuously monitoring our core cyber security products internally. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable to our product managers, customer operations, development teams, field teams, and management to enhance product performance, user experience and most importantly our company security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Mastery: Become an expert user of our three SaaS cybersecurity products, understanding every feature and functionality.
• Continuous Monitoring & Analysis: Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of our platforms to detect, investigate, and respond to potential security threats or issues.
• Maintenance & Configuration: Regularly maintain and configure the products to ensure optimal performance and security posture.
• Feedback Loop: Actively provide constructive feedback to product managers, developers, and technical teams to drive product improvements.
• Findings Review & Prioritization: Review security findings from each system, prioritize remediation efforts, and coordinate with relevant teams for swift resolution.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive reports and documentation on findings, analysis, and feedback for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments within the company to align product capabilities with internal security needs and objectives
  
  

• Proven experience as a Cyber Security Analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with SaaS cybersecurity products and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide insightful feedback to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
