Bookkeeper and Payroll Controller

We are looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial data management and ensuring accurate processes within our organization. An amazing opportunity to be responsible for all financial aspects, be independent and proactive, and work closely with management, employees, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain, and track all bookkeeping aspects of the company for both Israel and US entities
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and analysis
• Cash flow reporting and tracking, conducting monthly bank reconciliations including intercompany transactions
• Full ownership over the monthly payroll process, including ongoing maintenance, processing, and regulatory filings
• Perform all activities related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
• Prepare and submit TAX Authorities’ reports
• Responsibility for all the company’s fixed Assets
• Review and control Employees’ expense reimbursement

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper type 3 and a Payroll Controller.
• At least 4 years of proven experience as in bookkeeping and payroll management in high-tech companies
• Strong knowledge of Priority and Michpal - a Must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English - a Must
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Experience working on NetSuite (advantage)
• Well-organized, with high attention to detail, good analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
• Great team player with the ability to work independently
