Responsible Pharmacist and QP

Phibro Israel is hiring a Responsible Pharmacist and QP to its' Har-Tov (Beit-Shemesh) site. A part time position (85%).

Position holder will serve as full partner in the quality management. Reporting to the Quality Director.

Responsibilities:

• Renewing the Pharmaceutical warehouse license, import license, including storage and distribution conditions for pharmaceuticals.
• Certifying/training employees to perform needed medicines Re-labeling.
• Certifying vehicles for transportation - temperature control and transportation of products.
• Storing products according to product requirements.
• Handling returns and RECALLs - reporting returns or damaged products and managing the process within the organization, working with relevant parties.
• External audits – as well as manufacturing process and batch release audits, and as well as service providers.
• Risk management.
• Managing and training for cases of emergency, such as natural disasters/diseases outbreaks.
• Importing and releasing 29G medicines.
• Dispensing medicines, subjected to approvals of 29G medicinal products.
• Batch release – production control, distribution and transportation of medicines, inspection, approval, and release of medicines to the Israeli market.
• Recall management and simulation - coordinating RECALL levels with the Ministry of Health and the drug manufacturer. Reporting on its results and while also making decisions.
• Addressing complaints, contaminated products, recalls from the market.
• Establishing certifications for import product vendors, import approvals and creating supply chain processes.
• Verifying adjustments and releasing import files - making adjustments to the pharmaceutical warehouse and releasing batches.
• Checking maintenance files and master files of the Appointed pharmacist.

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Responsible Pharmacist + QP - certification - Mandatory.

B. Sc Pharm/Pharmacist - Mandatory.

High level of English - Mandatory.

Willingness to work part-time (scope of 80-85%)
