This is a full-time on-site role located in Ramat Gan. As a Backend Team Lead - .NET/C#, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of backend developers working on complex B2B web and mobile solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing the development process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define and implement best practices, and contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and reliable systems.

• Strong experience with .NET framework and C# programming language
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Hands-on experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and database technologies
• Proficiency in software design principles, architecture patterns, and best practices
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS, is a plus
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript frameworks, is a plus
