Product Manager

Viaccess-Orca is a leading provider of video delivery solutions, enabling content providers and pay-TV operators to efficiently distribute video content and ensure a premium viewing experience. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager with strong outbound skills to join our team and help drive the growth of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Domain Responsibilities: Manage partnerships, answer RFPs and coordinate the TV Solution Demos.
• Product Documentation: Establish processes for documentation, introduce a VO dev portal and ensure that documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for small to medium customer relationships, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Hands-on epic writing in Jira: collaborate with the other product managers in the product team to add new features to the products.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest industry developments and competitive landscape and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Customer Adoption: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to bring new products and features to market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field from leading universities.
• 3+ years of product management experience in the technology industry, preferably in video delivery or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of video delivery technologies and standards (e.g. HLS, DASH, etc.) - Advantage.
