Quality Engineer

Join our team at ELTA, where we specialize in a wide range of multidisciplinary projects and systems across various platforms worldwide (land, sea, air, and space).

We focus on projects involving radar systems, communication systems, and robotics.

What will you do:

• Work on diverse projects and systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing various platforms worldwide.
• Provide reliability and quality engineering support throughout the business phases, from marketing stages through project development, testing, delivery, and post-delivery support to the client.
• Define and implement reliability and quality requirements in projects and their components, environmental conditions, qualification processes, quality risk management, preparation of delivery reports, and customer presentations.
• Perform statistical analyses for reliability, maintenance, testability, design safety, and field reliability of systems. Interface with the business, engineering, subcontractors, and clients.
• Participate in internal and external design reviews. Occasional international travel may be required.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics/Materials Engineering/Physical Chemistry with a focus on electronics - mandatory.
• Proficiency with DOE (design of experiments) - mandatory.
• Analytical and technical skills - mandatory.
• Ability to read and comprehend regulations, contracts, and technical documentation - mandatory.
• High-level of technical understanding - mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
• High proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
