BloomX - Sales Director in Mexico and Peru

Our product solves growers' major challenge of honeybees' inefficient work and scarcity and improves profitability by increasing crop productivity and quality. We enable certainty and control over the entire pollination process and support sustainability goals.

Role Responsibilities:

• Execute the sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline for blueberry and avocado leads in Peru and Mexico.
• Cultivate relationships with blueberry and avocado growers to promote our product in Peru and Mexico.
• Manage the sales pipeline closely with our distributors in the territories.
• Close collaboration with BloomX CEO and the technical field operation team.
• Supervise trial setups through coordination with the technical field operation team.

Requirements:

• Substantial practical experience in sales within the blueberry and avocado industry in Mexico and Peru.
• 5+ years of agriculture sales experience in LATAM.
• Residence in Mexico/Peru/Israel with availability for frequent travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships.
• Collaborative team player.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in intense environments.
• B.Sc in Agricultural or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications.
• Experience with social media, especially LinkedIn.

Preferable Profile:

• Tech, ag, sales, and operations-oriented.
• Experience in pollination.
• Previous work in startup environments.
• Experience with multinational companies.
