Medical Assistant

Are you fluent in Hebrew and have a medical background?

As part of the Pre-screening team you will be the liaison between Patiro and potential participants in clinical trials, so great communication skills are essential. You will join other team members from all over the world, so we're very international! The company language is English, so we appreciate great English speaking and writing skills.

What you'll be doing:

• Call patients from a predefined list, and ask them predefined questions in order to assess their health profile for clinical trial eligibility ☎️
• Engage in active listening with patients, confirming, or clarifying information 📝
• Keep records of all conversations in our patient portal in a comprehensible way 💻
• Manage outbound calls in a timely manner 📞
• Ad hoc tasks (occasional translations: short research texts, articles, or disease overview/descriptions) ✍🏻

You are the right fit if you:

• Have medical knowledge (e.g., medical student, nurse or studying towards) 🏥
• Are bilingual in one or more languages
• Speak and write English at business level
• Are flexible about the working hours (weekdays, weekend) 🧘
• Have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Can multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively ⚖️

In this role you will only need to use your own computer and mobile device. Where you work from, is up to you. We will provide you with a local number from which you can call the potential study candidates. You will also be trained and educated in our platform and receive onboarding in all the activities related to your job responsibilities.

The workload can vary from time to time and therefore you will receive hourly payment. Mostly, the weekly hours are between 2-5 hours.
