Marketing Graphic Designer

We are a global consumer goods company, devoted to creating revolutionary juvenile products. As we keep growing, we are looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team in Herzliya.

As a Marketing Designer, you will bring our marketing vision to life by creating and producing the look of our company websites, social media, and emails. The ideal candidate is an expert in digital design and has a thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe XD, Premiere, and After Effects).

Main Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of projects across various digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters, ads, etc.).
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for consumer goods.
• Produce highly creative content aligned with brand guidelines, concepts, briefs, and deadlines.
• Design ad assets for Google, Facebook, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Create Social Media creative for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliates.
• Mentor and support Junior Digital Designers.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and the confidence to articulate ideas effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, preferably for a lifestyle brand/consumer goods.
• Capability to mentor junior team members.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital designs across mobile, tablet, and desktop for responsive websites.
• Understanding of UX/UI design and the ability to create seamless online experiences for customers.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS - design with development in mind and the ability to collaborate closely with the E-commerce team to create assets for pages or projects as needed.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to create pixel-perfect assets.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe XD and After Effects.

This is a full-time position.
