Head Of Product

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Head of Product to join the team.

What You Will Do:

• Leading a team to develop high performance user centric comparison products. This will include the following:  
• Managing a small team including Product & Acquisition functions.
• Leading & developing the company’s Product Owners through the entire product lifecycle: market research, competitive analysis, planning, execution, measurement, roadmap development and ongoing product optimization.
• Setting standards and guidance for A/B split testing.
• Implementation of new tools, technologies, and processes that can improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sites. 

What You Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in web product management.
• Data analysis capabilities. 
• Great written & verbal communication skills (English & Hebrew).
• An independent and execution-oriented attitude with the ability to drive people and processes.
• Managerial experience.
• Technical capabilities & experience working with developers.
