Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Spearhead projects right from the pricing and initiation phase through to successful delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Client Management: Forge strong relationships with clients, staying attuned to their evolving needs and consistently delivering value.
• System and Functional Characterizations: Excellently identify client pain points and translate them into comprehensive functional and technical specifications, including ERD documents.
• Matrix Management: Foster clear and transparent communication channels within the team, ensuring cohesive project leadership.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential issues, offering timely and effective solutions to mitigate risks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in project management and systems analysis.
• Skills: Proficiency in pricing, work plan development, managing development teams, testing, and enhancing user experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to draft functional and technical specifications with a good grasp of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Office, Projects).
• Client Relations: A history of extensive client interaction and satisfaction.
