Full Stack Team Leader

We're searching for a Full Stack Team Leader, poised to guide a diverse development team through the creation of innovative web and mobile applications, digital platforms, and API interfaces.

Your Role:

As the Full Stack Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of digital innovation, leading a talented team of Web, Mobile, Backend, and Full Stack developers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital solutions, driving the development process from concept to launch with a commitment to excellence, creativity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a large team of developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the development of cutting-edge websites, digital applications, and API interfaces, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality.
• Utilize a broad tech stack including ReactJS, React Native, and NodeJS, with a strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement testing protocols with tools such as Jest or Cypress, and manage RESTful API development and integration over API Gateway infrastructures.
• Champion the development of Microservices and Micro Frontends, ensuring scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Navigate and optimize container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, and manage database operations with both Rational and NoSQL systems.
• Explore and integrate advanced technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Firebase, and CMS/headless CMS systems, enhancing project capabilities.
• Promote Clean Architecture practices and leverage NestJS for efficient application development.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in managing large development teams.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, and a deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Mandatory experience with testing tools, RESTful APIs, Microservices development, and Micro Frontends.
• Advantageous skills include familiarity with container orchestration platforms, various database technologies, messaging systems, and CMS frameworks.
• A passion for technology, a knack for problem-solving, and a drive to stay ahead of the digital curve.
