Responsibilities

Job Description

• Ensure the successful delivery of software products according to defined timelines and quality standards
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation plans, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and track production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance the production process and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

• Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of production activities
• Establish and maintain quality control measures, procedures, and guidelines to uphold product quality and reliability.
• Act as a liaison between production, development, and customer support teams to address issues, resolve conflicts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments to identify potential risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in production management or related roles in the software industry, with a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, agile practices, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in project management tools, software development tools, and productivity software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
