Chief Technology Officer

A startup after a successful funding round is looking for a CTO to join and lead the product & development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor talented development & product teams
• Impact the product roadmap and strategic plans
• Lead the evolution of the tech stack
• Ensure the seamless integration and implementation of AI technologies
• Drive the design of innovative and user-friendly interfaces
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
• Act as a strategic partner of the founder/CEO

Requirements:

• Vast experience as a VP R&D / CTO in a start-up environment
• Entrepreneur at heart, with strategic thinking
• Proven experience in web applications
• Experience with AI technologies
• Proficiency in React/Vue.js and Node.js
• Experience with AWS
• Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing products
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
