A company specializing in Sport Predictive Analysis is experiencing significant growth! The company has developed a machine learning-based engine and mathematical models aimed at predicting possible events in sports games worldwide (such as football, basketball, baseball, American football, and more), catering to the Sports Gambling industry.

They have merged with a global American company and are now their exclusive technological provider.

The company is not dependent on investments and fundraising and is very stable. Currently, they have over half a million active users abroad.

The company is located in the Sharon region (a 15-minute walk from the train station), and they offer a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home up to two days a week.

About the role-

• Develop comprehensive test plans from project requirements

• Execute manual tests on web applications to ensure a seamless and thrilling user experience.

• Validate and challenge predictions from our Machine Learning sports models, keeping the game fair and exciting.

• Validations of rule-based requirements to maintain integrity and compliance.

• The role combined hands-on testing, guiding other QA testers and working closely to Product & Data Science teams.

Requirements:

• 4 years' experience in manual testing of Web \ Mobile applications, ensuring alignment with QA best practices

• 2 years' of QA team leading \ tech leading experience

• Experience with building QA methodologies from scratch

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field or QA course graduation –

• Background from dynamic cloud environment based start-up companies

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with project management and bug tracking tools such as Jira.

• Experience with working in an agile environment and Scrum methodology

• Proficiency in writing STD, STP, and STR documents

• Experience with Rest Api and tools like Postman
