Job Description: Reporting to the development manager, the role involves managing the backend team, development in Net Core, initially around 30% hands-on involvement, overseeing approximately six developers with potential for growth.

Responsibilities include working on performance, infrastructure, Docker, multithreaded microservices, Kubernetes, NoSQL, and operating in a production environment with very high scales.

Qualifications:

• Two years of managerial experience
• Five years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Experience with Microservices
