We're currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our expanding Finance team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, who thrives on collaborative brainstorming and can work autonomously within established frameworks. What you’ll do: 

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accurately record financial transactions
• Oversee accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices, managing approval workflows, and executing payments
• Administer the company's payroll in Israel and handle related tax compliance and reporting
• Manage accruals and prepaid expenses monthly
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and support ad-hoc projects as required
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper type 2 or higher
• Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in tax compliance, including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
  
  

• Experience as a sole bookkeeper at a High-Tech Company - Advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Excel- Advantage
• Experience with Mesh and DOKKA – Advantage
