Job Summary:

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of AI defense projects and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met. This role requires a strong understanding of defense industry dynamics, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI defense projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with project objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing inquiries, and soliciting feedback to enhance client satisfaction.

• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and workshops with clients to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and showcase deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the defense industry or AI technology sector.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, defense systems, and military operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills, including proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic environment.
