UX Writer

Job Description

As a UX writer at Wix, you’ll join a team of nearly 60 UX writers who are responsible end-to-end for the UX text in our 40+ products. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, Business Analysts, and more to make those products easier to understand and help our users succeed.

• Write clear, creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice
• Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy and keeping glossaries up to date
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders
• Conduct extensive product and user research
• Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience
• Coordinate localization with our Global Markets team to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting)
• Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
  
  

Qualifications:

• Content professional with a mother-tongue level in reading, writing, and speaking English
• 2+ years experience in UX writing in a tech company
• Passionate about writing and excellent UX, and a critical thinker with an eye for detail
• Skilled in creating simple, easy-to-understand copy that helps users succeed
• Team player who can give and take feedback constructively, loves to collaborate and can launch excellent products under tight deadlines
• Understanding of the intricacies in maintaining glossaries and style guides
