Student Assistant

Wanda Fish is a Foodtech company with a mission to produce high-quality fish fillets in a

sustainable manner. They've built an innovative platform that allows fish to be grown

outside of the water using cell-cultivation practices, without harming fish life and

allowing the ocean ecosystem to heal. This is a great opportunity for someone

This is a part-time on-site for a Student Assistant.

Role Description:

As a part-time assistant, you'll have the exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding

FoodTech startup. This role offers a distinctive and empowering learning experience.

Joining our efforts to create delicious cultivated fish filets, you'll be hands-on with our

Cell Development team, contributing to the growth and maintenance of Wanda Fish's

stem cells.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivation and maintenance of stem cells

• Preparation of growth mediums

• Cryopreservation of cells

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
• Availability of at least two half days per week
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
