Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Real Estate at SMARTGEN ISRAEL, located in Netanya. The Head of Real Estate will be responsible for leading the real estate department, overseeing property management, facility management, and commercial real estate. They will manage high-quality investment opportunities, as well as maintain and develop relationships within the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Finance and Real Estate skills
• Experience in property management and facility management (FM)
• Commercial Real Estate expertise
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to manage high-quality investment opportunities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the Israeli real estate market is a plus
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM, RPA) are preferred
