We at Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (formerly MCAS) are developing the next generation of SaaS security tools for data that is outside your network, and firewalls and perimeters don't work. Our technology allows organizations to protect their data in SaaS apps from any location, device, or network.

Defender for Cloud Apps is the most used service for protecting SaaS apps used by enterprises worldwide. And it's all being developed here, in Israel.

We are looking for a senior engineering team leader, with proven management skills, passion for impact, strong technically and hands-on that can balance drive for results, team-work and the ability to quickly learn and pick up new technologies & applications. Qualifications

• You hold a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• You have 8+ years of software development experience
• You have 3+ years of people management: recruiting, technical leadership and mentorship, personal development, team building, vision, and roadmap creation.
• You have experience in leading complex designs, implement with quality and scale, mentor engineers.
• You have an expertise in architecture, design , development and deployment of high scale cloud systems.
