Supply Chain Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Full cycle delivery
• Lead all procurement activities – PO’s cycle.
• Production planning and support (internal and external)
• Manage the company suppliers
• Maintain the company bill of material.
• Significant experience in inventory management and costing analyses
• Improve the procurement processes
• Participate in NPI and development processes
• Implement ERP modules
• Participate in ECO, EOL, CAPA and other regulation process.
• Support production achieving system spec, support all production needs.
• Logistics and purchasing support to all departments (Service, logistics, Purchasing, QA, R&D & Subcontractors), supplier qualifications and audits, developing/upgrading parts, cost reduction projects.
• Define methodologies, interfaces, and process within the operation matrix to ensure smooth product introduction

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Industrial engineering and Management or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary industry, including hardware electronics, software, motion control, mechanics and manufacturing
• 5 years' team management experience
• Experience with Engineering processes
• Project management capabilities
• ERP related experience – Priority is an advantage

Languages: (Verbal and written) : Hebrew – High level, English – High level

• Ability to work independently in multi-disciplinary environment, including hardware electronics, mechanics, software, purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills and team relationships.
• Open minded, flexible, ability to work under pressure in a start-up environment
