• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Advantage: proven experience with managing off-shore team
