Marketing Site Manager

Lime & Lou, a custom home décor and gifting boutique brand, is looking for a Marketing Site Manager to join her team.

Your goal is to lead the launch of new products and create the best possible product and category pages, mockups, and customer experience on-site.

This is a full-time position in our Tel Aviv Area offices.

Responsibilities :

• Set up new products in the website's catalog.
• Work with designers to create the best possible mockups and photography.
• Craft the best marketing titles and descriptions for the new products
• Analyze competition, market trends, customer behavior, and product potential.
• Improve Site Navigation according to internal and market data
• Define and improve the site’s funnel for users and adjust content to maximize results
• Define and execute strategic plans for products to promote
• Analyze, adjust, and optimize product pricing and upsells to improve the brand’s AOV
• Conduct A/B Testing and personalization for different target audiences

Requirements:

• Understanding customer psychological behavior and User Experience logic.
• Product page optimization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
• High-level English
