A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Product Specialist in the ophthalmology field.

location: The position combines 80% field work in the center-south region and 20% office work.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and implementation of a strategic plan for the development of the company's activities.
• Preparation of marketing materials.
• Customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses.
• Leading processes with the medical teams.
• Initiation, and development of various marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences - mandatory
• Previous experience in the field of ophthalmology in pharma - a must
• Previous experience as a medical representative - mandatory
• Experience working in digital platforms is an advantage
• Strong scientific knowledge
• Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and leading KEEs
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
• Strategic thinking to define a product vision
• Strong analytical and sales skills
• Good interpersonal interaction and ability to work in a team
• Excellent presentation capabilities
• English at a very good level (writing and speaking)
• Ability and flexibility for office and field work and prioritization accordingly
