We are looking for a Production Line Lead!

As a Production Line Lead, you will have a key role in the Operation-Engineering department.

You will have technical responsibility on the production line development and ongoing operation.

Role responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility on Production Line and development of the ATE stations.
• Testing equipment definition (ATEs) and implementation support
• Plan, determine optimal utilization of manufacturing procedures and Testing equipment to meet manufacturing goals
• Analyze manufacturing data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement; identify and utilize methods of making manufacturing process more efficient and effective.
• HW Technical Support in problems & failures analysis
• Responsibility and understanding production line process in view of the product, changes, deviation, assembly, testing

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Final assembly and test (“Badas”) in a start-up/Hi-Tech environment, including ATE technical support at the Production line - MUST
• Experience in managing assembly line work plans and priorities (hands-on position) - MUST
• Experience in RF and digital products - MUST
• Attention to details and very Organized
• Deep understanding of the NPI process
• Assembly and Integration skills
• Experience with lab equipment such as Power Supply, Scope, DVM, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator…
• Experience with running test environments in manufacturing
• P.E in Electronic Engineering
• Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving skills, and analytic thinking
