Help Desk Support Specialist

We are looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with Active Directory management, and offering both phone and in-person support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365 systems and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with Active Directory management, including user account management and permissions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
• Train end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of Office 365 accounts and services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in providing technical support to end-users.
• Familiarity with Active Directory management and user administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
