Fairgen is looking for an experienced, energetic, and captivating Enterprise Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in scaling Fairgen's existing pipeline and building a team for the next stages of growth.
Created in 2021, Fairgen is a pioneer in building state-of-the-art generative AI solutions tailored to the market research industry, tapping into the massive $90B market research market. Our flagship product, FairBoost™, can generate synthetic responses that reliably double the effective sample size of niche markets in quantitative surveys, allowing analysts to immediately deliver granular insights once too hard or impossible to reach.

Role Overview
As the first sales hire, the Enterprise Account Executive will play a crucial role in scaling Fairgen's founder-led traction and active pipeline. You will be instrumental in defining best practices and perfecting our sales process while we increase headcount.
This position offers a unique opportunity to not only lead sales efforts but also to serve as a mentor and guide for the future sales team.
Fairgen is an enterprise-first SaaS, with a dozen active customers and a significant large pipeline open.
Responsibilities
- This position is a quota-carrying position. You will own the sales cycle from start to finish, including hunting for new prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Responsible for the entire European territory, excluding France if you are not native in French.
- Availability to travel to tradeshows, and customer meet-ups for up to 15% of the time in the first year.
- Recruit, retain, and coach a small team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Collaborate with our marketing, customer success, and product teams to continually refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Aptitude to navigate complex organizations and hierarchies, and evidence of building multiple referenceable supporters.
- Ability to learn fast and pitch deep AI technology.
Requirements
- 8 years of direct sales experience in SaaS with a proven track record of success
- 3 years of Enterprise sales experience
- Native-level English
- Additional European languages & passport are a plus
- Strong leadership and independent execution skills.
- Demonstrable success with direct prospecting
- Process, data-driven sales background
- Strong sales tech stack experience
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
