Project Management Officer

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our team.

The PMO Manager will be responsible for overseeing and controlling technological projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and control in technological fields, with a proven track record of working on large-scale projects in public organizations. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to work on long-term projects and demonstrate flexibility and mobility, including readiness to attend meetings and visit facilities outside the office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and monitoring technological projects.
• Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resources, tasks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project governance processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and control in technological fields.

-Knowledge and experience working on large-scale projects in public organizations.

-Willingness to work on long-term projects.

-Mobility and readiness to attend meetings and visit facilities outside the office.

-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
