Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a Systems Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem.

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, training, maintaining, and providing support to our clients on various systems. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of both hardware and software fundamentals, as well as expertise in the organization's product line. Additionally, you will conduct personalized and group training sessions for users on software and applications operation.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, train, maintain, and support clients on various systems.
• Provide personalized and group training sessions for users on software and applications operation.
• Implement and train on new or updated specialized systems.
• Write training materials for users.
• Serve as a liaison between field requirements and internal teams.
• Introduce systems to new offices.
• Ensure system usability across all offices.

Requirements:

-Experience of 3 years in training/implementation

-Practical experience in conducting training sessions/lectures for large groups (dozens of participants)

-Experience in implementing computer systems in an internet environment

-Experience in writing training materials

-Experience in working with clients
