Department: Operations Reporting to Project Management Team Manager

Location: Sapirim Industrial Park, Shaar Hanegev (Near Sapir College, Sderot)

• Manage the end-to-end order processing flow, from sales order processing, inventory allocation, order packing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and installation, to invoicing.
• Provide post-purchase operational support including issue resolution, returns, repairs, and replacements.
• Act as the central point of contact for customers and sales teams, simplifying the ordering process.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure streamlined processes.
• Work closely with the Global Customer Service and Support team to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Employ Project Management best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on execution vs. plans, making adjustments to meet business objectives.
• Adhere to the Quality Management System (ISO9001) standards.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Formal education in Project Management. PMI certification or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or related roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience in English.
• Experience in Hardware/Electro-mechanical product development and manufacturing.
• Strong customer service and logistics understanding.
• Proactive, and resourceful, with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Priority ERP system, MS Project, and Excel.
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
