Excellent NPI / Automation Engineer

WDALI Medical Devices, a company founded in 2003, specializing in the development of novel injectable drug delivery devices, for global pharma and medical device companies, is looking for a talented & experienced NPI / Automation engineer, that will be a part of the Operations unit and help transfer projects from development to production.

The chosen candidate will work as part of an excellent team, who work together on developing solutions which promote patients’ quality of life globally.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and manufacturing of:

- Tools

- Semi-automated machines

• Writing specs (URS, purchasing specs) and work instructions
• Documentation of work outcomes & processes incl. operational manuals
• Conducting tests & experiments (incl. writing protocols and reports)
• Design, Conduct and document FATs
• Close work with NPI project leader and QA dept
• Close work with DALI’s subcontractors and vendors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering – a must.

• Applicants who hold a practical engineer degree with extensive hands-on experience in the medical field will be considered.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the:

• Design of mechanisms and assimilation of new technologies – Must.
• Work in the environment of 13485 standard – a significant advantage

Excellent English proficiency – speaking, writing, and reading, including writing protocols and reports – Must.

Full proficiency in SolidWorks – Must.

Proven capability in finding creative solutions to complex engineering problems.

Knowledge of manufacturing technologies.

Hands on experience in design & manufacturing of tools and machines.

Experience in working with sub-contractors, preferably in 13485 environment.

Knowledge of programming and electronics – a significant advantage.

The role will be performed at DALI’S offices, located in Yavne (20 min. from Tel-Aviv, in the vicinity of Yavne West train station), and in the manufacturing plants of our subcontractors – travel is required.
