Our product is a cutting-edge AI platform designed to help businesses maximize their ROI on long-form video content. By utilizing AI, we turn lengthy videos into bite-sized, social media-optimized clips that engage audiences and keep brands at the forefront of digital trends.

The Position:

As the Engineering manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our development efforts. You will lead a talented team of developers, drive best practices, and contribute to the architecture and design of our user interfaces. This role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of frontend developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Drive the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of frontend systems.
• Design and build backend and frontend flows for rich video content automatic editing.
• Integrate with ML engine and build a complementary user experience for better results.
• Work closely with the product team to design and develop content creation workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a frontend developer & Architect with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, leading and mentoring a team.
• 5+ years’ experience as a full-stack\Frontend software developer.
• Proficiency in React and typescript.
• Experience with Canvas - a plus.
