Job Description:

- Management of the organization's ERP system - SAP Business One:

- Responsible for ongoing support and management of approximately 30 users from various departments; finance, sales, warehouse, etc.

- Working with two databases, an Israeli company and an American company.

- Systems analysis for all processes and requirements from the SAP system, in cross-company projects and ongoing support for system users and their requirements.

- Working with resources from various departments in the company; development, testing, Dev-Ops, Marketing, etc.

- Working with external partners for complementary solutions.

In projects:

Guiding the project life cycle from end to end; starting from the initiation stage and identifying needs, through analysis and specification of requirements with internal customers, defining the solution, writing functional and technical documents, market surveys of existing solutions and business partners if necessary, deployment and guidance of resources from various departments in the company, ongoing work with development teams, external implementers, guiding testing teams, conducting training, and post-deployment support.

Management of the Atlassian JIRA system:

- Managing employee requests, prioritization, actual implementation, and activation of external implementers when needed.

- The Atlassian system in the organization includes the following modules: JIRA, Confluence, JSM (Jira Service Management), Assets, Work Management o In large-scale projects - defining requirements with users, specifying a solution taking into account existing implementations in the system - and implementing or outsourcing to an external partner for implementation.

The role involves extensive work with internal customers in

Israel and abroad, presenting solutions and progress to management, and working

with other technical and business teams in the department and the company.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in systems analysis - at least 5 years - mandatory

• Proven experience in specification and implementation of SAP Business One - at least 5 years – mandatory

• Deep familiarity with SQL - mandatory

• High-level English – mandatory

• Experience in JIRA implementation - an advantage
