Algorithm Engineer

A startup company developing an AI-based architectural planning solution, the company is stable and driven. Their solution allows customers to input planning requirements for a structure or area and receive the most successful alternatives within minutes, tailored to their specific needs.

The role, as part of the Algorithms team, involves fine-tuning, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, GenAI, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation on supervised/unsupervised data in Python. It utilizes ML/DL libraries across diverse knowledge areas, including Perception, Optimization, and Geometric algorithms.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (near the train line), incorporating a work-from-home day. It employs around 35 individuals, with the majority having served in elite military units and the security sector.

Requirements-

● MSc or PhD in Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering

● 3 years of experience in Python development

● Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning

● Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

● A team player, agile, with good communication skills, both written and verbal

● “Get things done” attitude
