Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Manager in Holon. The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, defining priorities and resources, providing technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service-related tasks.

Experience

• Managing a technical support team - 1-year minimum
• Technical experience with HW and SW in end-user stations, communications, domains, network

Qualifications

• Strong customer satisfaction and customer support skills
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in managing a technical support team is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
