Product Team Lead

Run:ai is looking for a customer obsessed yet technical Product Management Team Lead to join our Product Management team and lead the Product Infrastructure team.

The Product Management Team Lead will manage a team of Product Managers and act as an hands on product manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Product Managers.
• Manage and lead the team to success according to the team's OKRs & KPIs
• Understand customer use cases and evolving needs, conduct market research and build detailed requirements as well as a clear and simple user experience.
• Manage the Product Infrastructure roadmap, vision and plans in alignment with the company's goals and opportunities.
• Manage the product life cycle from planning to releasing.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering on an ongoing basis to deliver product with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Represent the company by interacting with customers to solicit feedback on company products and vision.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (MBA is a plus)
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the B2B cloud or AI sector, with at least 2 years of experience managing Product Managers.
• Experience defining, tracking and meeting product OKRs & KPI's, building product roadmap and managing, market analysis and ongoing product feedback management.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
• Experience with cloud native / containers or virtualization (Experience with data science is a plus).
• Proven track record of developing product roadmap, conducting customer research, developing compelling UX, and successfully delivering applications.
• High level of self-training and self-drive.
• Fluent English: writing and speaking.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
