Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Procurement Manager located in Lod. The Project Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing procurement-related activities of defense projects in compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and procedures, as well as ensuring availability of materials, equipment, and services within budget and schedule constraints. The Project Procurement Manager will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to identify procurement opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in project procurement management, preferably in the defense industry
• Experience in handling complex procurement processes, including preparing Requests for Proposals, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance
• Familiarity with regulations and procedures related to procurement in the defense industry, including ITAR, EAR, and FAR
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify procurement opportunities and provide customized solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
