Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Retail Manager in a leading pharmacy group.

The Retail Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing a retail pharmacies, developing and implementing strategies, setting goals for performance and growth, leading and managing operations.

The Retail Manager will also be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities. including managing profit and loss unit, employee management, meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels, managing customer relationships and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience managing a team and meeting sales goals
• Ability to create a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory levels
• Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
