Head of Ground Systems Integration

Our Engineering and Systems unit is hiring a Head of Ground Systems Integration!

What will you do:

• Overall responsibility for supplying Ground Systems Integration products.

• Ongoing management of the operations, while delivering continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality standards.

• Promoting and developing the field within IAI.

• Responsibility for the overall infrastructure readiness and integration.

• Responsibility for the training of employees.

• Knowledge transfer and support for additional production lines locally and internationally.

What we're looking for:

Threshold Requirements-

• Israeli citizenship.

• Academic degree and/or engineer and/or technician.

• 3 years of experience managing at least 7 employees directly in the fields of integrations and assemblies.

• Experience with advanced manufacturing management systems such as SAP / ERP.

• Demonstrated experience working with subcontractors and secondary contractors both domestically and abroad.

• Full command of Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Additional Criteria (nice to have):

• Academic degree in engineering.

• Experience in transitioning products from development to production (NPI), assembly line planning, and tooling and facility specification.

• Proven experience in process improvement and optimization.

• Proficiency in Office environment and MSProject.
