Product Manager

Meckano is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, specializing in time clock software for businesses of all sizes. Our innovative products help companies track employee attendance, manage schedules, and streamline payroll processes.

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our software. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the needs of businesses when it comes to managing their workforce.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define the product vision and strategy for our software, in alignment with the overall company goals

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive offerings

- Work closely with engineering and other teams to develop and launch new features and products

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management software

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus

- Up to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products

- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

- Knowledge of workforce management software or related industries is a plus
