Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst Operation with a passion for strategy and operations in the tech space. The Business Analyst will support Gett's business strategy and data-driven decision-making in the Israeli market. Proactively guide business growth and supply monetization, quality and marketplace efficiency using data analytics and business acumen

Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve business problems using analytical skills and business judgment
• Monetization plan by changing and maximizing market behavior
• Optimize the marketplace for optimal performance and growth
• Lead strategic projects with senior management and internal units to improve operations
• Pricing structures, products, and more
• Set driver acquisition targets for the Supply and operations teams
• Provide local market intelligence: together with the Tech team, research tools and methods used by competitors
• Enable data-driven decision-making and business performance tracking
• Support daily operations with data and business insights.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as a business analyst
• Has experience in complex operations and running marketplace
• Educated to a degree level. Preferably in Statistics, Economics, Management or other quantitative fields
• Master abilities in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
• Fluent in English & Hebrew
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy) - an advantage
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and independent
