Position Overview: In this unique opportunity, you will play a crucial role in our organization, focusing on accounting responsibilities. As an Assistant Controller, you will gain hands-on experience in the financial aspects of real estate, working closely with our accounting team to acquire valuable insights and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial and Accounting Responsibilities:

• Oversee ongoing accounting procedures and bookkeeping.

• Prepare financial statements and managerial reports.

• Develop and implement financial policies and accounting procedures.

• Assist the Controller in interfacing with the company's external auditors.

• Work closely with the company's partners and vendors in Israel and abroad.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

• Maintain organized files and records for efficient document retrieval.

• Assist with other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accounting program with a minimum of two years of studies remaining.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Intermediate Excel skills.

• Ability to work unsupervised.

• Curiosity and a desire to learn new skills.

• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

• High level of organizational skills.

• A two-year commitment is required.
