Lucid Capital, a technology investment hedge fund is seeking an Operations (Back Office) Manager

Job Description

The position involves efficiently managing back-office operations and executing fund marketing strategies across This includes overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating internal processes, and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Back office support including bank-customer relations and interacting with contacts overseas
• Manage daily cash movements and allocations, optimizing fund liquidity and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including front office and compliance, to facilitate smooth information flow and resolve operational issues.
• Providing professional and customer service-oriented responses to client inquiries.
• Management of Lucid's website and CRM.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Preferably available for at least 80% of the workweek, spanning four days, with a preference for candidates who can commit to a full-time position.
• No former experience is required we will teach you everything you need to know!
