Product Designer

We are looking for a highly motivated UX/UI Designer.

A one that understands the product lifecycle from research through prototyping, usability testing & design to development handover.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
• Translate user’s needs to clear UX and UI, wireframes, user journey, prototypes etc.
• Conduct User research and Usability testing to users and re-adjust design based on user feedback.
• Design UI elements, solve UX issues, maintain and work with a design system, create prototypes.
• Strong understanding of typography, style standards (working with design system), and composition.
• Experience with user research- an advantage.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience with complex B2B products/services.
• Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Experience working with design tools: Figma, Adobe suite, etc..
• Experience in creating wireframe, interactive prototypes and pixel perfect UI.
• Ability to explain your logic and reasons for UX decisions.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a start-up fast-paced agile environment.
• BSc in Design from a known design school - advantage
• Strong portfolio with examples of UX and UI design projects.
• English – verbal and written communication skills – an advantage
