What's Guardio?

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions to consumers and SMBs. Our goal is to protect real people and small businesses from cyber problems and crime. We help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 70 people) on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Product team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Security-Product domain. This means being the connecting tissue between our Security and Backend teams and our users - evolving our existing security features and developing new, innovative ones. Previous experience in the Cyber / Security field is a must, as well as a technical background, an analytical approach, and a desire to do hands-on work. B2C experience is not mandatory.

You will:

• Own the Security product area in Guardio’s product line.
• Lead a fast-paced release rhythm of new Security features.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation & opportunity sizing to full feature specifications, launch, and success in your domain.
• Collaborate with other product managers to expose our Security features on our Desktop and Mobile platforms.
• Keep track of feature adoption and quality, and feed your insights into feature iterations.
• Work closely with, well, everyone: Product Manager peers, R&D, Security Team, UX & Design, Content, Product Marketing, Customer Support, and Marketing.
  
  

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, working in the cyber/security space. Out of which, at least 2 years in a commercial company.
• Technical background, and the ability to define technical requirements and API.
• Hands-on data analysis experience, and the ability to define KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• A team player with the ability to lead a cross-functional team to build products. Can unify a team around a goal, and drive towards success.
• Fluent in writing and speaking in English.

• Experience in building security functionality for B2C.
• Proven track record of collaboration with Product Marketing.
