Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a brilliant and super motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at Balance. The main goal of this role is to create, coordinate, and manage marketing materials and projects/initiatives to support our sales team and distribution. You will play a key role in the company’s success, supporting and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more-effective communications and brand awareness.
• Create, coordinate, and manage marketing materials and projects/initiatives to support our sales team and distribution.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels.
• Be hands on in implementing in all relevant channels, including blog posts, news, website updates, social media, webinars
• Plan and execute events and webinars.
• Create and manage Digital campaigns.
  
  

• 3 years of experience at an integrated marketing team driving marketing goals and metrics.
• Native level English speaker with hands-on content creation experience.
• Passionate, hands-on, and proactive who is eager to take on additional responsibilities
• Hands-on experience setting up and running Digital (Specifically LinkedIn and Google) campaigns.
• Ability to learn independently and pay attention to details
  
  

• Experience with B2B financial products and working at a company that sells to Fortune 1000 companies.
• Previous experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
